Katherine Hoops MD, MPH, JD is an attending physician in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Division Chief of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s Center for Gun Violence Solutions; an organization widely recognized as a leader in its subject. Dr. Hoops' research focuses on solutions to youth violence and injury through community-centered interventions.
